Important Notice: ALL HAIR PIECES COME TO YOU CURLY PACKED. PLEASE GENTLY INSPECT IT FOR COLOR, HAIR QUALITY AND BASE SIZE BEFORE YOU CUT, TRIM OR OTHERWISE DAMAGE THE PACKAGING. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE HAIRPIECE NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT (CURLY PACKED).

Please understand, all hair products  such as hair pieces, extensions and wigs are hygienic product. Our company strives to provide our customers with quality products thus we have very high hygienic standards. Thus Super Hair Pieces  always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened  and tampered items to be returned for safety and health reasons. This is an industry standard and we appreciate your understanding.

Hairpieces, wigs and top piece return policy:

Super Hair Pieces will only grant exchange/returns on hairpieces, wigs and top pieces within 15 days from date of delivery to provided address, and is subject to a $15 restocking fee if product is not in its original condition.
Â
To avoid the restocking fee, returns/exchanges must be in its original condition and adhere to the following criteria:

1. All hairpieces must still have their tags attached.
Â
2.Labels must be in the correct packages.
Â
3. Hairpiece must be in shape with template.
Â
4. Packages must be clear from all markings, writings etc.
Â
5. Hair must be untouched and should not have strands pulled, brushed, picked, cut or washed.

Extensions Return return policy:
Â
Super Hair Pieces will only be accepting extension returns or exchanges within 15 days from date of delivery  for a full refund not including shipping costs. An 80% store credit will apply to any orders returned after 15 days and must adhere to the following criteria:

1. Must be in its original packaging.
Â
2. Must include all pieces of the hair extensions.
Â
3. Labels must be in the correct packages.
Â
4. Packages must be clear from all markings, writings etc.
Â
5. Hair should not have strands pulled, brushed, picked, cut or washed.
Â
Returns that do not follow the criteria may be subject to a $15 handling fee per pack, or may not be accepted as a return.

EXTENSION RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED 4 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE DATE

For CUSTOM Orders:

All custom hair systems may be resubmitted for changes such as color, density, etc. within 10 days:

If we made a mistake we will correct the problem and cover all shipping costs. This result will only occur if the custom order does not match the specifications on the order sheet.
Â
If the customer made the mistake they will incur any cost to fix the problem (if they want it fixed) along with the shipping costs. We offer corrections on custom systems provided the customer does the following: They must first give us an opportunity to correct any errors such as density, color etc. Then we will send back the corrected hair system to them. If the Customer chose the wrong color, sized base, type, length, style, etc., then we will charge a fee of no less than $55.00 to correct the problem. Â Additionally any extras such as rush, super rush or extra hair length charges will not be refunded.

We can only guarantee the order as submitted by the client. If the client chooses the wrong specs they are responsible for any additional costs. We are more than happy to assist our clients but we are under no obligation to do so.

Rush order can not be cancelled once your order submitted. We do not guarantee the rush schedule, if we failed the rush to save extra weeks, we do not refund the rush surcharge.

Return/Exchange process:
Â
As stated earlier, returns and exchanges will be processed withing 15 days from date of delivery. In order to start the return and exchange process please refer to the following steps:

1. Please contact one of our customer service representatives within 15 days from delivery date.
Â
2. One of our customer service representative will create a service request and provide you with the service request number.
Â
3. You then have 10 days from the date the service request was created to send your return/exchange item back to us for inspection.
Â
Once we receive your item we will process your request and fulfill your exchange/return as soon as possible.

*Please note: Any item received after the 10 days without prior notice will not be considered and the request will voided.

If you are in Canada please send your hairpiece to our Canadian address, If you are in the USA or any other country please ship your return or exchange to our Florida office. The addresses are provided below:

Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
