While the strict COVID-19 rules in most countries have disrupted the manufacturing and delivering process, we at Superhairpieces continue to get orders out as soon as possible, while also protecting our employees and clients at the same time.

Our inventory was at 5% in June and has since increased gradually. The worst is behind us and when the inventory level reaches 50%, we can safely say that we are going back to normal!

A fulfillment rate is the total number of orders processed divided by the number of orders that are received as a percentage. It should give you an idea on how long it will take for you to get your order.

What about Pre-Orders?

A fulfillment rate is the total number of orders processed divided by the number of orders that are received as a percentage. It should give you an idea on how long it will take for you to get your order.

The average waiting time for pre-orders is 2 month for Basic version, 3 months for lace-based hairpieces and 2-3 months for skin-based hairpieces. However, your order may arrive much sooner if the factory was already working on that particular unit before you placed the order.
