The kit includes:
- A measuring tape to help you measure the balding area of your scalp (with our assistance)
- A color ring based on your hair color group (Black, Brown, or Blonde).
- Shades available in the Black color ring: #1, #1B, #1Bash, #11B, #2, #2ash, #3ash, #4ash
- Shades available in the Brown color ring: #4Bash, #2, #3, 34, #5, #6, #7, #5R, #6R
- Shades available in the Blonde color ring: #5R, #6R, #8R, #17, #18, #20, #22R, #30R
- Don’t worry about selecting the right shade; we’ll guide you in finding the best match, even if it’s not on the color ring. This color ring will also help you understand the actual color and texture of the hair, something you can’t understand online.
- Alternatively, you can also choose to purchase a men’s color ring that includes all these colours.
- A grey hair percentage ring (choose this option only if you have grey hair), which showcases various grey distributions (Little - 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, Medium - 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, or A lot - 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 59H, 100%). This comes in random hair colors and is only for your understanding of how much grey hair would be integrated in the hair system for a natural look.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, weight, destination and the number of items in your package.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for any online hair service or styling (base cut and/or haircut), after which your order will be shipped.
- ALL orders placed online with Overnight Shipping must be submitted and received before 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
Return Policy: Supplies
All supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.
More details**While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each colour and gray percentage of our hair units, it's important to note that the colour representation on electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and monitor screens may vary from the actual colour of the hairpiece. This can happen due to factors such as lighting sources, digital photography, or personal colour perception that affect how the colours appear to individuals. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen portrays the hairpiece's accurate colour.
Superhairpieces grants a 30-day warranty on validated hairpieces, covering excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If you have lost more than 15% of your hair during this period, we will be happy to repair your hairpiece or wig free of charge. Please note that once the unit has been sent to the factory, there will be a few months' wait time. During this time, you will need to provide your own unit.
In addition, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.
**Please note that v-looped-base models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the M111, M111XT, HD111 and M161V.
Defective Hair Systems (other than hair loss) are considered the following for stock and custom orders.
